Wagtail Update

This is just a brief on the recent update to the framework of the site. Updating Wagtail can be a huge pain because I have implemented custom streamfields and other addons. It basically means you have to update to every minor version, and fix bugs in the framework code as they come up. If you update all at once, errors will compound, creating issues that are more challenging to troubleshoot.

Styling Update

I also fixed some minor css, where some images have outdated styling and look unprofessional. amongst other minor issues, I have also changed the "DroneMaker" page to a "Products" page in hopes that I will eventually implement a ecommerce element to the website.

Content

I updated some of the carousel images on the landing page to reflect some of the designs that I have worked on.

For those of you deep in the rabbit hole of my arbitrary website update post, I will be posting an article about a Geotechnical Sensor that I have designed, tested, and developed. This is a big deal for me as it will be my first attempt at filing a patent.
